The Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences has said that it will utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) to help choose the 2024 Noble Prize winners for physics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to the academy, this decision comes to avoid biases that are inherent in selection processes involving human judges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThere are currently 224 Nobel laureates, but only five are women,\u201d says Anni-Frid Lyngstad, who is a fusion physicist and chair of the Nobel Committee for Physics 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
