Arturo Pesigan, the WHO representative in Yemen, stated in a press release: “Nine years of war have led to a significant deterioration in healthcare services and the destruction of infrastructure, increasing the urgent need for humanitarian and medical assistance day by day for millions.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He emphasized that the decrease in international support makes Yemeni communities vulnerable to further difficulties, threatening to impact the future of millions of people in the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
