The spokesperson for the Iraqi Ministry of Migration, Ali Abbas, stated, “157 Iraqi families were repatriated from a-Hol camp (625 individuals),” and upon their arrival, these individuals will have to spend weeks or months in the Iraqi Jadaa camp before being allowed to return to their original areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On March 2, the Iraqi National Security Advisor Qasim Al-Araji announced that Iraq has repatriated “1924 families from al-Hol camp, totaling 7556 Iraqi citizens so far,” adding that “1230 families have voluntarily returned to their original areas, while the remaining are being rehabilitated in the Jadaa camp.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
