Therefore, when they enter the workforce, they often receive lower wages simply because they are female.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stalsberg revealed that “almost half of mothers in Norway work part-time, and most women struggle with time constraints due to the multiple roles required of them.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
