Bahraini authorities have transferred a group of prisoners who were subjected to torture to Salmaniya Medical Complex.

According to press sources, torture has led to the deterioration of their conditions, especially with the lack of health care in the prison, adding that the innocent detainees were surrounded by dozens of Bahraini security personnel, as part of the policy of harassment even while receiving treatment.

On the other hand, the Raids Monitoring Network documented its statistics for the first week of August 2019 with the arrest of 12 Bahraini citizens, including a former deputy, and the regime forces stormed many towns with wide alert and intensified checkpoints at the outlets and in vital streets.
