Two terrorists of banned takfiri outfit killed in gunfight

Punjab Police counter-terrorism department (CTD) shot dead two terrorists associated with a banned (takfiri) outfit in Multan late on Wednesday night.

 

 

Punjab Police counter-terrorism department (CTD) shot dead two terrorists associated with a banned (takfiri) outfit in Multan late on Wednesday night.

According to the CTD officials, three of their accomplices managed to flee. Due to darkness, CTD sources said, the abettors fled the scene.

The two terrorist gunned down in Multan late night shootout, identified as Rizwan alias Doctor and Imran alias Saqi.

The CTD team also recovered weapons, explosive materials, maps and money from their possession.

Furthermore, it said that the names of Rizwan and Imran included the Red Book of notorious terrorists/criminals.

Red book included them because of their involvement in multiple cases of murder and robbery.

Meanwhile they reportedly killed three officials of a sensitive institution and security guards.
