The Holy Quran Institute in Scotland celebrates graduation of one of its Quranic courses

The UK Branch of al-Abbas Holy Shrine’s Holy QuranInstitute continues to hold Quranic courses in addition to lectures and Quranic seminars aiming to educate the Muslim community on the Quranic culture and contributing in raising their level in various classes and categories, according to a program planned by the institute’s administration.

 

 

The UK Branch of al-Abbas Holy Shrine’s Holy QuranInstitute continues to hold Quranic courses in addition to lectures and Quranic seminars aiming to educate the Muslim community on the Quranic culture and contributing in raising their level in various classes and categories, according to a program planned by the institute’s administration.

One of these courses is a Quranic course that was held in cooperation with the Ahl al-Bayt Association in Scotland, which was recently concluded in Glasgow. 

Sheikh Dea’ Uddin al-Zubaydi, director of the Center of Quran Sciences said, “This course is part of series of courses held by the UK branch of the Holy Quran Institute, affiliated with the holy shrine of al-Abbas in Karbala.”

Al-Zubaydi added that the closing ceremony was attended by the Director of the Institute’s London branch, Mr. Mohamad al-Mudhaffar and the director of the Ahl al-Bayt Association in Scotland, Mr. ‘AzzamMohamad Yusuf, who thanked the holy shrine for the establishment of such courses and its efforts for the Quranic education of the Muslim community.

At the end of the ceremony, participation certificates marked with the seal of the Institute were distributed, as well as honoring the supervisors and teachers of this course with appreciation certificates.
