Seven people wounded including three police elements in bomb blast in southern Kirkuk

The Police Chief in Kirkuk Province, Sarhad Kader, revealed on Wednesday, that seven people including four police elements were wounded in the explosion of a car bomb in southern Kirkuk.

Kader said in a statement followed by Iraqi News, “A car bomb exploded near a patrol of the emergency police while passing in Huzairan area in southern Kirkuk.”

Kader added, “The explosion resulted in the injury of four police elements, in addition to three civilians.”
