Hearing Impaired plans to organize mourning ceremonies in the holy city of Karbala
The Imam Hussein Specialized Center for the Hearing Impaired plans to organize mourning ceremonies in the holy city of Karbala on the occasion of Arbaeen.
According to the director of the center, the sessions have been planned for those pilgrims with hearing disabilities who march towards Karbala ahead of Arbaeen.
