The Grand Husseini Project activities to serve the pilgrims of Arbaeen have begun

 

The administrative body of the Grand Husseini Project announced the start of the project to serve the pilgrims of Imam Hussein's, peace be upon him, shrine in Karbala.

Sayyid Haidar Abdeen, member of the administrative body of the project said in an interview with Shiawaves that the start of the project is in compliance with the commandments of His Eminence, the Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sadiq al-Husseini al-Shirazi, may Allah prolong his life, in providing the best services to the pilgrims of Arbaeen, adding that the project includes different sections, including the project of hosting pilgrims that receives more than 40 thousand visitors a day in schools and Hsinyat camps, after obtaining official approvals from the concerned authorities.

He further added that "as for the service side, more than 75 vehicles were distributed to provide services for the services units deployed in the hoy city of Karbala, indicating that more than 50 large vehicles were deployed to transport visitors free of charge on Baghdad Road, as well as 15 buses on Najaf Road.
