The current great month of Ramadan came amid the outbreak of the pandemic, which led to the closure of mosques and iftar gatherings, changing the Ramadan rituals in many countries, including Germany.

For the first time, Muslims were not able to be in mosques during Ramadan and sit at the public iftar tables.

In light of these conditions, officials of Islamic societies and organizations have worked to organize electronic meetings via social media.
