Protests continue in Bahrain days after execution of Shia activists

A week after the ruling regime in Bahrain executed three young activists, protest rallies continue to be held in the Gulf country.

 

 

A week after the ruling regime in Bahrain executed three young activists, protest rallies continue to be held in the Gulf country.

According to Mirat al-Bahrain website, in one of the rallies held in Sanabis, a village near Manama that is the hometown of the three, people from all walks of life condemned the crime committed by the Al Khalifa regime.

The protesters carried pictures of the three martyrs and chanted anti-regime slogans.

 

In Akar district, southeast of Manama, the demonstrators clashed with security forces, who used tear gas and shotguns to disperse them.
