Arbaeen pilgrimage conference kicks off in Holy Karbala

Under the slogan of ‘Imam Hussein Unites Us’, the Arbeen Pilgrimage Conference haskicked off at Abu al-Fahad al-Hili seminary in the holy city of Karbala.

 

 

Under the slogan of ‘Imam Hussein Unites Us’, the Arbeen Pilgrimage Conference haskicked off at Abu al-Fahad al-Hili seminary in the holy city of Karbala.

The conference discussed the Islamic Authority’s role in the matter of Shia Muslims and uniting the Shias, as well as the globalization of Arbaeen.

Sheikh JalalMa’ash, Ayatollah Shirazi’s representative in Turkey, said that the conference is being held based on the commandments of Ayatollah Shirazi, may Allah prolong his life, on the importance of holding the conferences and symposiums that help to educate the society. 

Sheikh MurtadhaMa’ash, head of al-NabaCultural Institution, said that the conferenceis being held on the pilgrimage of Arbaeen because it is the only pilgrimage that witnesses the presence of millions of Shias from all over the world.

A number of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi’s representatives attended the conference in addition to the managers of Shia media agencies and a number of the Popular Mobilization Units.
