Police arrest eight ISIS terrorists in Lahore

The Pakistani Counter-terrorism Department (CTD) on Thursday arrested eight Wahhabi-allied Deobandiutakfiri terrorists of banned ISIS. They were recruiters to be sentto Syria and Afghanistan.

 

The Pakistani Counter-terrorism Department (CTD) on Thursday arrested eight Wahhabi-allied Deobandiutakfiri terrorists of banned ISIS. They were recruiters to be sentto Syria and Afghanistan.

According to CTD sources, one of the terrorists identified as Nabeel alias Abi Abdullah would lure people on social media, and send them to Afghanistan and Syria, sources said. Abu Abdullah had been an ISIS commander in Punjab.

CTD recovered literature and other things from the terrorists’ possession.
