Shia Rights Watch: Sectarian acts against Fili Shias in Iraq

Shia Rights Watch International Organization confirmed on Saturday that Fili Kurds in the Iraqi city of Erbil are falling under many financial and moral violations for sectarian reasons.

 

 

 

 

Shia Rights Watch International Organization confirmed on Saturday that Fili Kurds in the Iraqi city of Erbil are falling under many financial and moral violations for sectarian reasons.

The organization gathered many testimonies, by Shia civilians from the Fili Kurdi sect who live in the Iraqi northern city of Erbil, that official institutions are practicing sectarian and racist policies in order to humiliate the minority.

The organization called for the central government in Baghdad  to put limits to such violations and to work on punishing those concerned.
