Bahraini regime arrests representative of Grand Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Sistani

Bahraini regime forces have arrested Grand Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Sistani’s representative Shaikh Muhammad Shahabi in the Shia village of Diraz.

 

 

Bahraini regime forces have arrested Grand Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Sistani’s representative Shaikh Muhammad Shahabi in the Shia village of Diraz.

Sources said that the Bahraini regime forces captured Shaikh Muhammad in a check point on the way leading to the Shia village of Diraz on Thursday, the Shaikh was sent later to al-Bade’ police station where he was interrogated.

It is noteworthy that the Shia populated Diraz village witnessed huge Shia protests against the Sunni regime that persecutes the majority of Bahraini population.
