Director of Shia Rights Watch urges Bahraini regime to reconcile with opposition

Director of Shia Rights Watch Organization, Mostafa Ukhwan, said during an interview with rights activists in Geneva that the organization is aware enough of the procedures followed inside Bahraini courts, adding that the organization doesn’t look at the Bahraini crisis from a political perspective rather from a humanitarian perspective.

He added that all the verdicts issues by Bahraini courts to Shia clerics and activists are unfair; and will not contribute in achieving proximity between the government and the opposition.

He went on saying that Shia Rights Watch organization urges the Bahraini regime to create a reconciliation environment with the peaceful opposition regardless of their intellectual affiliation.
