International book fair planned in holy Karbala

An international book fair will be held on the sidelines of the 11th edition of “Rabi’-ul-Shahadah” international festival in the holy city of Karbala

 

An international book fair will be held on the sidelines of the 11th edition of “Rabi’-ul-Shahadah” international festival in the holy city of Karbala.

According to the information website of Dar-ol-Quran Center of the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine, the exhibition will be organized by the General Secretariats of the holy shrines of Imam Hossein and al-Abbas, peace be upon them.

A member of the organizing committee of the exhibition and in charge of the exhibition affairs, said that the book fair will be held in the Courtyard of Lady Zeinab, peace be upon her, for 15 days.

The cultural-religious exhibition is due to open on May 13.

He added that invitations have been sent for some Arab and Islamic countries to participate at the exhibition.
