Imam Hussein Holy Shrine to Participate in India’s Ameer al-Mumineen Festival

The fourth edition of Ameer al-Mumineen Festival, organized by al-Abbas Holy Shrine in cooperation with the holy shrines in Iraq, is set to kick off on April 22, 2016.

 

 

The fourth edition of Ameer al-Mumineen Festival, organized by al-Abbas Holy Shrine in cooperation with the holy shrines in Iraq, is set to kick off on April 22, 2016.

Hussein al-Salamy, head of Imam Hussein Holy Shrine’s Conferences and Exhibitions Division,  stated, “For the third consecutive year, the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine has participated in Ameer al-Mumineen Festival in Bangalore, India. Countless publications in English and Urdu will be displayed at the exhibition, which is held on the sidelines of the festival.”

 “This year’s festival will feature exhibitions, lectures delivered by prominent orators and poem and Quran recitations along with cultural and intellectual contests,” added al-Salamy.
